Certified engineer-economist and co-founder of IFUA Horváth & Partners, a leading Hungarian management consulting firm. As Managing Director, I was responsible for finance and marketing. Over more than 30 years, I worked as a consultant and project manager in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors across 12 industries. I co-founded the Hungarian Controlling Association and the Controlling Academy, where I served as Program Director. I held leadership roles in international professional organizations (IGC, ICV) and served on boards of public and nonprofit institutions. I regularly published and spoke on leadership, controlling, strategy, and management accounting.
